Automatic Rolling-Over Sewing Machine

本设备主要用于床垫上，下面料与侧面边料的缝制。该产品的特点是：机头固定，可升降以适应不同高度的床垫，并可调节机头倾角。在缝制产品时由工作台输送带输送床垫移动进行缝边，缝制完一边后可自动将床垫转动90度缝制另一边，在转动过程中完成床垫转角的边缝，缝制完一侧后可由机器将床垫翻转缝制。机器的操作可由一人完成，操作人员无需围床垫走动，不需翻转床垫，从而可提高工作效率，降低劳动强度。

This machine is mainly used for tape edge of mattress panel and soft cushion. It bears the following features. Rather than moving around. The head is fixed , but can move up and down to adapt to different height of mattress. The angle of the head is adjustable . When working ,the conveyor belt drivers the mattress to proceed. When one side was finished, the machine turn 90 degree automatically to start taping next side. The taping of the corner was finished while turning.When the top four sides were completed, the machine can turn the mattress over for taping other four sides.The machine needs only one operator, no need anyone move around or overturn the mattress manually. Thus higher efficiency and less labor was realized.
